Finding the me inside this shell

I am a girl in crisis.

I am in need of some serious lifestyle overhauls!

I have been overweight for most of my life. I even went through a faze where I did not eat.
Bad me! ... in a bit of defense, I was 14 at the time.

I am now working on reaching my goal, one day at a time, one meal at a time, one sweaty, sore, workout at a time. I am truly determined to finish this internal fight and come to peace with what I can be.

Good thing my darling hubby is so supportive, as long as I don't get "too skinny".
I somehow doubt that is possible. I like cheesesteaks a bit much.... :-)

My Goals:
I want to have more endurance, look better, feel better and look cute in a swimsuit!

My Program:
I am currently on a Couch to 5K program. I have a half marathon program in the wings for when I get there....
I run 3 days a week, and supplement the calorie burn with some additonal cardio, and 2 (soon to be 3) days a week is weight training, whole body with a focus on upper body and abs. Lots of focus on abs. my goodness the abs..., with some lighter cardio as warm up.

emoticon Most of the 8,100 people who joined when you did have long since QUIT and resolved to stay fat and out of shape, but YOU have perservered and seeing that tracker is just awesome. Now you will have to set new goals for your third year.
