There are as many opinions on spark as there are people when it comes to exercise, Cardio vs Strength Training.
Judging from your pictures, you are looking to lose a chunk of weight like I was. Get out and walk. Walk walk walk. Walking is Cardio and burns calories and will help you in your weight loss. Aim for 30+ minutes daily and maintain 60+ steps per minute to be aerobic. It really isn't as hard as it sounds. Start with the first step.
