Howdy! My names Matt. I started this diet in May, and I lost 21 lbs from may 20th until the beginning of jJuly. I kinda fell off the wagon since then but I didn't gain all that much weight. However, now I am starting to pack in on again now that I am back in school and find myself really busy and drinking and eating lots with friends... I need a routine for any kind of plan to work and its really hard, but me and my girlfriend are gonna get back on track hopefully starting TODAY!!!

Fitness Minutes: 760

My Goals:
My goal is to lose weight. I set it to 250 but I dont care how low I go - I am 6'9 and according to the BMI (which is complete crap) a healthy weight for me is 230. At 230 I would be pretty damn skinny but whatever. The lowest Ive been since I was 10 was 245 and that was 4 years ago in my first year of University. i put a lot of muscle on since then but fat too so... 250 is my goal right now.


My Program:
Well, I don't work out as much as I'd like. I set my fitness thingy to 7 days a week cardio... haha RIGHT!! Ive gone maybe 7 times in the last 3 weeks - but they were REAL good workouts!

When I set the nutrition thingy for the weight I wanted to lose it said I could eat like, 2200-2600 cal. a day. Which I thought was too high so I changed it to 1600-2000 but I still dont eat that much some days. If Im really busy with stuff I dont seem to eat as much crap.

Oh! And YOGURT kicks ass!! Everybody should eat it, its delicious!



Personal Information:
Im a big dude and I like to partake - I like to drink a boot every once in a while - like to get a little wobbly from time to time... BUT NOT UNTIL JUNE 28th!!! Thats my brothers stag, and I vowed not to drink until then, since early May. It hasn't been hard at all really, I'm usually too exhausted after work to drink anyways, and not drinking has probably led to me losing weight faster!


Other Information:
I dont really read. I like outdoor stuff. I work on a beach, and I also cut grass for a few clients. Oh and I also work as a bouncer at a bar. Keeping busy makes it easier to lose weight!!
