I can never think of a good title.

Hi, I'm Jackie and I would like to lose 103 pounds. My highest was 310 in 2008. I know it is not about the weight so my main goals are to have normal blood pressure, normal cholesterol, resting heart rate of 60-80 bpm, my waist to be 32 inches, and have a BMI of 24. But most importantly I would like to become healthier so I can go hiking, go to the beach and on mission trips with my friends, find a great Christian guy, get married and have some kids. Is that too much to ask for?

My Goals:
I would love to be healthy. Lower my blood pressure, get my BMI under 25, keep normal cholesterol, normal resting heart rate-8/23/12 RHR-100. 10/18/12 RHR-93.

My Program:
I am using SparkPeople to get recipes, and using the trackers to track my menus. I plan to do cardio 6x a week and strength training every other day 3-4x a week. I also use Setting the Captives Free. It is a free non-denominational ministry which teaches the biblical principles of freedom in Jesus Christ.

Other Information:
I love to watch all types of movies and love to read. My favorite author is Stephen King. My favorite band is Dave Matthews Band. I've seen him 25 times. I use to be a special ed. teacher but lost my job when the economy hit hard. I am working on getting another job.

I started doing "At the Lord's Table" at setting captives free back in 2002. I was living in Germany at the time. I went back to the States for 2 months for my oldest daughter's wedding. Sadly, when I got back to Germany, and went back to the study, they told me it had been too long, and I needed to start over, on day 1!

I decided to pass...

I often wished I had finished that 60 day study...
