My Goals:
To know that I am, all the time, doing everything in my power to take care of myself and maintain a healthy self.

My Program:
Balanced meals. Try not to overdo it with the bread products. Err on the side of protein and healthy fats. Have water with most meals. Soda and juice are BOTH a route to way too much sugar.

thanks for the spark goodie! i have been feeling unmotivated, but i've been getting my workouts in anyway. it's just one of those especially difficult weeks where i'd rather just nap! *lol* i guess it's the winter and my recent lack of sleep here lately.

i know that 4 months must seem like forever, but i also believe everything happens for a reason, and look how well you are focusing on other things through this experience, like eating well. i ate terribly in college. i was always at wendy's! so try to look at it in a positive way, and before you know it, you'll be back to running and other cardio you enjoy. besides, won't you really appreciate cardio once you can get back to it?! probably more so than you ever have.
