My Goals:
I want to feel better. Losing weight is the optimal way for me to accomplish this goal. I want to do this for me but I also don't want my sons to be embarrassed by their (fat) mom.
My Program:
I am trying to keep up with all calories, fat and weight watcher points. I did the WW program a few years ago, but was unsuccessful. However, I do feel this is a great program and have all the materials...so why not use them?!
(The WW plan is all about portion control)
Personal Information:
I am from a small town in North Carolina...very country. I am a 34 year old wife of 15 years and mother of two very active boys (10 &7).
Other Information:
I love to read and find new recipes to cook. The recipes on this site are awesome!
