Hi, Don't give up. I have not actually lost weight either and it's been 15 days for me? (I think). I too have been keeping good track of my nutritional values and have been pretty good (except for today when I went to Wendy's with a friend). BUT I do feel better now that I'm eating healthier and my clothes fit a tiny bit better. I know I need to exercise more, but... Tonight my girlfriend and I will go on our 2 miles walk. I live in PA and for the last several days we have had heat warnings and I think that's part of the reason I haven't exercised much (but no excuse for inside as I have A/C. Keep it up. Eventually you and I will see results.
