I'm a 55 y/o who's been up and down, weight and mood-wise all my life.

I need to get healthy for good, so I can walk without my knee hurting!

The DH and I are on a vegan diet 4 days a week, and a low-fat protein diet 3 days. I read Rip Esselstyn's book and decided to try the vegan world, but neither of us is ready to do it 100%
