Time to get rid of the baby weight...and then some.

So, i only gained 13 pounds while i was pregnant. Based on my starting weight my DR only wanted me to gain 15 pounds at the most. One week after delivery i weighed 5 pounds LESS than my pre pregnancy weight, then post partum depression hit and now i am 2 pounds less than when i had the baby.... SOOOOO it is time to do something about it. I wanted to start before the new year as i want it to be a lifestyle change not a new years resolution. So i will be restarting couch to 5 K today!

COUCH TO 5K (MODIFIED FROM 9 WEEKS TO 11)

WEEK ONE: 2/22/10-2/28/10
WORKOUT ONE: 30 minutes walking (3 days this week)
WORKOUT TWO: 60 minutes (1 days this week)

WEEK TWO:
WORKOUT ONE:30 minutes walking (3 days this week )
WORKOUT TWO: 60 minutes walking(2 days this week)
WORKOUT THREE: 3 sets of 10 each weights upper and lower body (9stations 2 days this week)

WEEK THREE:
WORKOUT ONE: 5 minutes warm up, then alternate 60 sec walk 90 sec jog, 20 minutes then 5 minutes cool down. 30 minutes total. (3 days this week)
WORKOUT TWO: 30 minutes walking (2 days this week)
WORKOUT THREE: 60 minutes walking (2 days this week)WORKOUT FOUR: 3 sets of 10 weights upper and lower body(9 stations 3 days this week)

WEEK FOUR:
WORKOUT ONE: 5 minute warm up, then 90 sec jog and 2 minutes walking for total of 20 min, then 5 min cool down. 30 minutes total. (3 days this week)
WORKOUT TWO: 35 minutes walking(2 days this week)
WORKOUT THREE: 60 minutes walking (2 days this week) WORKOUT fOUR: 3 sets of 10 weights upper and lower body(9 stations 3 days this week)

WEEK FIVE:
WORKOUT ONE: 5 minute warm up then 2 reps of the following - 90 seconds jog, 90 seconds walk, 3 min jog, 3 min walk, 5 minutes cool down. (3 days this week)
WORKOUT TWO: 50 minutes walking
WORKOUT THREE: 60 minutes walking (2 days this week)
WORKOUT fOUR: 3 sets of 10 weights upper and lower body(9 stations 4 days this week)

WEEK SIX:
5 minute warm up, 3 min jog, 90 walk, 5 min jog, 2 1/2 walk, 3 min jog, 90 sec walk, 5 min jog, 5 min cool down. 30 (3 days this week)
WORKOUT TWO: 35 minutes walking (2 days this week)
WORKOUT THREE: 60 minutes walking (2 days this week)
WORKOUT fOUR: 3 sets of 10 weights upper and lower body(9 stations 3 days this week)

WEEK SEVEN:
WORKOUT ONE: 5 minute warm up, 5 min jog, 3 min walk, 5 min jog, 3 min walk, 5 min jog, 5 min cool down. (3 days this week)
WORKOUT TWO: 35 minutes walking (2 days this week)
WORKOUT THREE: 60 minutes walking (2 days this week)
WORKOUT fOUR: 3 sets of 10 weights upper and lower body(9 stations 3 days this week)

WORKOUT ONE: 5 min warm up, 25 min jog, 5 min coold down (3 days this week)
WORKOUT TWO: 35 minutes walking (2 days this week)
WORKOUT THREE: 60 minutes walking (2 days this week)
WORKOUT fOUR: 3 sets of 10 weights upper and lower body(9 stations 3 days this week)

WEEK TEN:
WORKOUT ONE: 5 min warm up, 28 min jog, 5 min cool down ( 3 days this week)
WORKOUT TWO: 35 minutes walking (2 days this week)
WORKOUT THREE: 60 minutes walking (2 days this week)

Personal Information:
I am from Rochester, NY (Which is in between buffalo and syracuse).
I am happily married to my boyfriend of 10 years. we will celebrate 12 years together in april and 2 years married in june. We have 2 chihuahua's (angel and buffy) and my mom's dog stays with us pretty much all of the time (luna). We have 7 cats (Earl, carl, louie, raven, willow, hurley, and zoey.) my first cat Pookie passes away a year ago in november and i miss her still. We purchased our first home two years ago and most days i love it. my mom lives with us (we have an inlaw attatched to our house) with her 4 cats (louie, spike, puddy, and molly) Molly used to be my cat but she moved out (on her own) when we got the dogs. go figure. I have a brother but i am my moms only child and i was raised an only child because my brother was born when i was 11 and he lived with my father, so me and my mom are very close.

Other Information:
I love to read. I always have to have a book to read. Right now i am reading The other Boleyn girl. i love paranormal type books about vampires and witches, werewolves. love Laurell K Hamilton.

I Love to watch movies, anything scary. Love horror movies.

I love music, i really listen to anything.
