My Goals:
1) Be more aware of and honest about what I eat and why.
2) Work out daily.
3) Stay on or below that pesky red goal line on my progress chart.




My Program:
1) Use Spark People consistently so that I am more conscious about the choices I make and can see the effects on my goals immediately.

2) Utilizing the resources I have to work out at home by walking and using a stationary bike

Most of the people who joined when you did have long since quit and resolved to stay fat, but you have changed your life and that is a real accomplishment! Now this second year will be even better.

Do read "Shrink Yourself" by Roger Gould, M.D. on how to deal with stress and not regain the pounds. He has clips on YouTube.

Hey lady! I see that all my excitement over this website rubbed off! Isn't it great? I haven't weighed myself yet...I don't have a scale! Haha. I think that I've lost some weight but we will see once I get a scale.
