My Goals:
My goal is to lose fat, gain muscle tone, maintain a healthy lifestyle so that I may be a role model to my children. I want to be the best me physically, spiritually, emotionally, and mentally.

My Program:
my goal is to do cardio 3 days a week by swimming, belly dancing and stationary bicycling. I will also do physical therapy exercises to stabilize my hips and strength training to tone my body

Personal Information:
My name is Cledra and I'm from Chicago. I am proud mother of two adorable children. I never thought I would let myself become so out of shape. Well bearing two children and having chronic hip problems (I have hip and shoulder dysplasia which causes dislocation of the joints ), I understand how I've reached this point. I am viewing this as a challenge and I am very eager to reach my goals.

Other Information:
Dreams are attainable through a set of goals, and goals can be achieved by performing specific actions that will take you closer to those goals.

Never let anyone discourage you from following your dreams. If there is a will there is a way.

If you don't strive toward your dreams in this life time, then when will you ever attain it.

It's great to have you on board. I'm very sorry to hear what you have been through, you will find you aren't alone in this team as many have a disability is some form or shape.
