Slow and steady wins the race!

Everyday is a struggle between being miserable and finding comfort in food or being miserable and annoyed I am not eating what I want.

I actually think, if I change the miserable part, the eating part would become easier. It's hard to change the miserable part.

I say I am doing the best I can, but I don't know if I really am.

Time to start this journey again, wish me luck.

My Goals:
My goal is 10,000 steps a day! Measuring food and not snacking so much. Snacking is my downfall. Make sure there is more fruits and veggies in each meal also! Walk every night!

My Program:
I use Fitbit to monitor my walking and activity. I use loseit.com to count calories. I check the numbers against each other, to make sure I burn more calories a day, then I eat. I use SP for support!
