Slow and steady wins the race!
In April, I got a Fitbit! That changed everything for me! I now monitor my calories burned vs. eaten. I walk or work out every night. I walked a 10k in May. I am training to run a 10k. I need to lose about 150lbs total. Right now I am working on the first 85lbs! 7/1/2012: I am down 24lbs and moving onto the goal of 30lbs gone! 8/1/2012: 30lbs gone! Next stop 35lb!

My Goals:
My goal is 10,000 steps a day! Measuring food and not snacking so much. Snacking is my downfall. Make sure there is more fruits and veggies in each meal also! Walk every night!
My Program:
I use Fitbit to monitor my walking and activity. I use loseit.com to count calories. I check the numbers against each other, to make sure I burn more calories a day, then I eat. I use SP for support!
