My Goals:
To have inner peace by staying in the present moment as much as I can. Not regretting the past and not worrying about the future.




My Program:
For weight loss:
Eating using my common sense.
Exercising at least 10 mts every day.
Walking 2 - 5 miles three times a week.




Personal Information:
I live in Norfolk UK. Aged 64.
Like animals (especially cats), painting, writing, walking in the countryside, reading and playing poker.
TRY to live my life in accordance with 3 principles:
1. To act kindly towards all sentient beings.
2. To be open minded.
3. To learn something new every day.

Other Information:
I lived in various parts of Africa for 50 years, but am at last back in the land of my birth, England, and very very happy to be back :)

Thanks for answering my thread question. Sounds like a good plan.

We holidayed in Norfolk last week! Had a lovely relaxing time.

Your goals seem similar to mine. I have a 49 pound weight loss goal and just started this week to train for a half marathon walk. There is a team that do a virtual race every week. I hope to be able to do that in February. I get emails from walking.about.com to say how much I should walk each week to build up for it.
