I am mom to three gorgeous and energetic kids, a wife, and a massage therapist. I need to find the energy to keep up with all three! The best way for me to find that energy is to lose this extra weight and let my healthy self loose!

I have been on this "fat girl" ride for far too long and I want to feel good - physically, mentally, and emotionally.

My Goals:
Goals for 2018:
Lose 55 pounds by June 30th.
One hike (or more) a month from April - October
Bike ride once a week
4 camp trips
Gym 5 times a week

My Program:
My husband and I joined our local Planet Fitness and I was going pretty regularly until I got sick this summer. After a couple of months of letting my body rest and heal, I am back at it. I still have days when I skip it, but I am going at least 3 times each week. I would like to make it at least 5. I have been rebuilding my cardio endurance, but while I was down for two months, I developed (again) plantar fasciitis. But this time, I am armed with loads of knowledge. With regular massage and pre-stretching, I am quickly working my way back up to 60 minutes of 3+ walking. Still avoiding any incline, but that will come soon enough.
When I am feeling brave, I incorporate the weight machines. I know I need to use them regularly. I am getting there.

Personal Information:
I will be 42 this month, I have 3 great kids - 17, 18, & 7, married, and helping others heal through massage.
