Lifesaver

I enjoy working out on the elliptical, lifting weights, taking my dog on walks, scuba diving, and swimming laps (my way) when I work out. My greatest downfall is my tendency to give in to bad foods, so I'm slowly removing them from my house by not replacing them when I eat them up.

My Goals:
I would like to decrease my bodyfat down to 21%, and have totally awesome abs!!

My Program:
I do cardio at the gym, either on the elliptical or in the pool. Sometimes I'll add in time on the stationary bike to change things up a bit, or go to a class. Indoor cycling is my current fav.

Personal Information:
I'm a medic in the Army and a paramedic in civilian life, I work in the busiest ER in the state of Kansas.
