My routine! AS of Feb 25 2013)
*Cardio (at least 30 mins) 3x a week (Mon, Wed, Fri.)

*Strength Training at least 20 min to 40 mins) 2x a week to start. (Tues, Thr) 5 lb and 8 lb weights.

I might switch days I do cardio/ST depending on my schedule. On the weekends( Sat and Sun) I do a switch up. I switch between doing Slim in 6 one day or the biggest loser workouts for a full body workout the next. Its all about mixing up the workouts for me.

Routine as of May 5:
Circuit training ( light) from various workouts found on Pinterest
And going on the elliptical for at least 10-15 mins .

My Goals:
-To play tennis again this summer for fun
-To run at least 15-20 mins straight.
- To fit in my clothes in my closet!
-Find new alternatives for favorite junk foods.
-Re-educate myself about healthy eating and exercising.


My Program:
My program consist of *eating breakfast every morning,
*trying to find time to eat lunch (college schedule is sometimes busy)
*Controlling myself from eating too much of moms mexican cooking for dinner; or cooking my own dinner.
*Workouts would most likely be during the evening. Unless i find time during the day.
*Keeping a water bottle on me.

*I am wanting to try Yoga. Might do updates on that.
