I am a single mother, of two beautiful daughters which are both presently attending college. I am a sincere woman, with a willing heart--to do what... really matters to me. However physically speaking, I 've decided...that as I grow older...it so dearly important; to take care of myself. Because my life, is so precious to me. I am all my daughters have...and it's time to attract a much healthier life style...into my heart !

My Goals:
My goal is to lose 25 pounds, by summer time.
My Program:
An overview, of meeting my goal is : carefully making sure I eat the proper healthier foods, and working out more with my free weights. Also I am a vivid cyclist, and I dearly enjoy...the excitement of highering my energy...on the biking trial.
Personal Information:
I live in a small rural town, which is located in western Pennsylvania. The area is amazing and it's very nice, to raise my two beautiful daughters in. Everybody is friendly and I also work at the local college here...so I often run into a lot of the students...in a delightful and enjoying manner.
Other Information:
I graciously appreciate the cultural scene such as the fine arts, musical plays, the symphony and attending musical concerts and choirs of spiritual interest. I am of a deep religious faith, that I am; happily proud of.
