I am a 38 year old wife and mother of two very active boys ages 12 and 5. Since my boys were born, everything has been about taking care of them. My husband has always been active in his life with sports and keeping fit. It has taken me some time but I have found if I don't take care of me, who will take care of them. My Goals:
My goal is to be able to enjoy my boys and to do more things with them and not get so winded and tired. My biggest goal is to be 130 pounds by my 40th birthday.
My Program:
Cardio 5x's a week and strenght training 3x's a week. Drinking plenty of water. Working out with my husband who is faithful about going to the gym every other day.
