Another Year - Another Chance

When I first started SparkPeople, I did really well and lost a lot. Looking back over 2013, I saw that I really lost momentum. I kept the weight off but didn't really lose any. I have 30 pounds to go and am committing to getting there in 2014.

Continue swim lessons
Get in the pool at least 3 times/week
30 minutes on the elliptical on other days
One day of rest


Other Information:
Life should NOT be a journey to the grave with the intention of arriving safely in an attractive and well preserved body, but rather to skid in sideways, champagne in one hand, strawberries in the other, body thoroughly used up totally worn out and screaming WOO HOO - What a RIDE!!
