I just have to do it...
Most of my life, I've had to worry about what I eat. It hasn't ever done much good because most of my life I've been overweight. About 7 years ago, I got down to 160, and now I know what I'm missing. I want to be there again. I've always been a little shy about my weight, but it is getting to the point that I am embarrassed to go out with friends. I don't like it, so I am going to change it. I also want to get "healthy" with my finances, relationships, and the other things that effect ...

I want to be there again. I've always been a little shy about my weight, but it is getting to the point that I am embarrassed to go out with friends. I don't like it, so I am going to change it. I also want to get "healthy" with my finances, relationships, and the other things that effect life. These things are relatively fine, but they could be better with some discipline.
