I am a 27 year old who is anxious to start losing weight and keeping it off. I have always been really good about working out and strength training, but I really want to get down to my ideal weight and measurements.

Husband is in B-school and our lifestyle is based on over-consumption on the weekends...sorta like being back in college, so it makes it very difficult to stay on target on the weekends.

Really want to drop those last pounds and go into my late 20's looking better than I did in high-school.

My Goals:
- Lose 5 lbs by July 30th
- Get down to 18% BF (Current at 22%)
- Hip Measurement to 36" (my trouble zone - currently at 37.5")
- Log all calories consumed during the day
- Get in 2 yoga/pilates classes a week
- Continue to do Cardio 50 mins a day (5x a week)
- Strength Train (2-3x a week)
- Manage over-consumption on weekends (i.e. Drinking)
- Walk 10,000 steps per day

My Program:
- Cardio - Spinning (2 days), Interval Running (1-2 days), Kick-boxing, Ellyptical
- 10,000 steps a day
- Strength Train 2-3 times a week (alternating low weight/high rep and high weight/low rep)
- 2 Yoga classes or videos a week

- 27 years old
- 5'8"
- Current weight 129
- Married
- Hypothyroid
- Constant, daily struggle to lose weight

Welcome to the Fit and Pregnant Sparkteam.
