My new body has gain muscle and my cloths size has not change. Life is a Grand Adventure. Eat Cinnamon it helps to keep focus.

My Goals:

Maintaining Stick to the foods that I can eat for the rest of my life. tried to leave fast foods and highly process aside as much as possible. Calorie limit is dicatated by muscle mass and the amount of physical activity, no matter what age.
Personal Information:
An older man who learned a new way to relate to life. I am continuing to put food back in it's proper use. I try to dedicate an hour a day toward moderate to intense interval exercise 5- days a week. Life is fall of good intentions. It is the choices I make that makes it interesting
