yes, that is it. i use instant oatmeal. i think someone once suggested it on a message board, so i thought i would give it a try.

Thanks for the peanut butter oatmeal recommendation... is that the banana peanut butter one? It does look good!

It's amazing how my tastes are changing with my increased knowledge... I'm less desirous of things I loved before, just because they aren't "worth" it in the nutritional department!
