Overall Goals:

1. Start living a healthier lifestyle

2. Make wise choices about the foods that I eat every day

3. Incorporate exercise into my daily routine

Short Term Goals:

1. Sign up for a Zumba class

2.Volunteer three hours a week

Long Term Goals 2011:

1. Weigh 20 pounds less for the Scottish Festival in Estes Park Colorado by September 2011

2. Weigh 25 pounds less for my vacation in October 2011

3. Reward: New Pandora Braclet when I weigh 35 pounds less than when I set my new Long Term Goals during my One Year SparkVersary week

4. Reward: Buy a sexy "little black dress" to wear on New Years Eve 2011 when I weigh 35 pounds less than when I set my new Long Term Goals during my One Year SparkVersary week

My Program:
1. Track my food every day with the SP Nutritional Tracker

2. Drink 8+ cups of water every day

3. Eat 5+ servings of fruit and vegetables every day

4. Exercise between 60 and 120 minutes everyday

5. Weight/Strength training three days a week

6. Go for an after dinner, evening walk every day

7. Spend time on SparkPeople every day to stay motivated, to learn new things, and to help encourage others who are also making the journey towards positive lifestyle changes

Personal Information:

I want to climb one of Colorado's "14er" Mountains by the autumn of 2012. Then, after that, I want to climb at least one "14er" a year.

I live in Colorado, and there are over fifty 14er mountains in this state. ( a 14er is a mountain peak that exceeds 14,000 feet)

My "starter" 14er List:
1. Mount Bierstadt
2. Longs Peak
3. Mount Bross

This is a really BIG Long Term Goal, but I am determined to do this..!!!

Long Term Goals 2010:

1. Weigh eight pounds less than when I started on SparkPeople when I go to the U2 concert in May 2011
GOAL MET: weighed eight five pounds less than when I joined SparkPeople when I went to the u2 concert on 21 May 2010

2. Start hiking on the mountain trails in Colorado by the Spring of 2011
GOAL MET: October 2010

3. Run in my first 5K by the Fall of 2011
GOAL MET: April 2011
