Weight loss goal for 2015: Keep losing weight!
Fitness goal: I want to be able to go hiking for the day. At the moment my knees are still not happy with my weight and prevent me from going on much longer than 3/4-hour hikes. But little by little, I believe I'll get there!
*WEIGHT LOSS Eat small quantities (WLS in November 2014) 6 times a day.
*FITNESS 1 or 2 hikes/walks every weekend (3 to 7 hours in total, with a photo blog for the fun and to keep myself accountable) and walks or stationary bike twice a week depending on the weather.
I am French and live just outside Paris. I am 6ft (no, French women aren't all 'petite'!). I love to travel and I have a passion for jazz (Cool West Coast).

Thanks for the blog comment. I knew I was taking a chance with the picture of the needle in my arm, some people really can't stand the sight of that. I should have put a warning at the top!
No loss this week :( I've known for a long time that my Starbucks addiction was one of the things keeping my from losing weight, but last week was my official "letting the cat out of the bag" attempt at accountability. Well this week saw me visiting Starbucks every day! But, I have been working hard on tearing out a kitchen and a very well installed tile floor. Once I'm working I don't really want to stop and eat, I lose momentum and the food seems to just sit in my belly, weighing me down. So instead it has been quick trips to Starbucks, for delicious liquid nourishment. Hopefully I will have the bulk of the hard work done soon and the temptation for the speed and ease of Starbucks will wane. Hopefully :)
