Weight loss goal for 2015: Keep losing weight!
Fitness goal: I want to be able to go hiking for the day. At the moment my knees are still not happy with my weight and prevent me from going on much longer than 3/4-hour hikes. But little by little, I believe I'll get there!
*WEIGHT LOSS Eat small quantities (WLS in November 2014) 6 times a day.
*FITNESS 1 or 2 hikes/walks every weekend (3 to 7 hours in total, with a photo blog for the fun and to keep myself accountable) and walks or stationary bike twice a week depending on the weather.
I am French and live just outside Paris. I am 6ft (no, French women aren't all 'petite'!). I love to travel and I have a passion for jazz (Cool West Coast).

Claire, How are you doing? I have been feeling great. You were right when you said it gets better. I feel pretty close to my old self only thinner. I go back to work next Friday the 30th. How is your mom doing? Is it still cold in Paris? Its supposed to get up to 40 degrees F this weekend which is warm for us. from Iowa
