Fam,Faith,andFit!
I've already lost 43 lbs just by running/jogging. I LOVE my new body, but think a little portion control, in addition to my exercise, could take off a few more pounds to get me to my target weight. I love the feeling of being in control of what I eat and do. I have a loving husband who has loved my body at every stage, but who is delighted by the change in me, all the same. My three wonderful boppin' boys keep me running.

My Goals:
Lose 17 pounds. Log food in and exercise every day!
My Program:
I exercise 5 days per week or 15 miles jogging/running. That's the easy part. I've been doing that for 3 years. Now I log every bite of food I take in, too.
Personal Information:
I live in Utah and play French Horn in the Orchestra at Temple Square. I'm very politically active, working to preserve the amazing liberties we enjoy in the USA. I work hard to raise hard-working boys. I practice violin with my boys 6 days/week. I'm an excellent cook. Go figure I need to lose a few pounds.
