Go SPARK! This website rocks!
In the 2 years I've been on spark I have been able to make some very positive changes in my life and most importantly, maintain them.
I now live a much more active lifestyle and have come to actually enjoy exercise (i really surprised myself with that one). I am able to make healthier eating choices and not stress out too much if i have a treat now and then.

2009 is going to be the year i reach my goal weight!
I went back to study last year and found it very difficult to stick to my usual exercise routine, plus i had some hip problems, and as a result i put on a few kilos. I'm actually happy that's all i put on.
This year i am not going to make any excuses about keeping to my exercise schedule. I am also cutting out all alcohol for 2 months to hopefully get things moving in the right direction and detox myself from the christmas season :)




MOTIVATION determines what you do.
ATTITUDE determines how well you do it.
ABILITY is what you can do.

My Goals:
make healthy choices, daily.

*exercise 6 days a week 45-60min
*eat for fuel. mainly wholefoods.
*get to goal weight and focus more on toning
*improve my posture, less couch time and hunching over the computer.



My Program:
weekly-
1 combat class
1-2 body balance
1 body jam
1 pump
1 attack
1 machines 60min
stretching everyday

plus dancing classes 2 nights and walking with hubby other evenings.

i LOVE coffee but only allow myself 1 per day.
i also love chocolate, dancing, design books, the lord of the rings, cats, wine, astronomy, most things sci-fi, cafe culture, The Departed, daylight savings, photography, the mighty boosh ... and other stuff.
