So, my vice is cupcakes. I am training myself to not pick up the cupcake, but to pick up the apple instead. I am also becomming a gym rat. I've come to find that its my friend, and its not such a chore to go there anymore. Anyways, my goal is to be a healthier, happier person for the long term. So by putting myself out there, it's easier to hold myself accountable for what I do, (or don't do) So here's to me, a skinnier-fits-into-cuter-cloths-mother-in-
law-calls-me-a-rabbit-health-nut me.

My Goals:
-I want to lose weight and regulate my body and restore fertility to have a baby.
-I want to run a half marathon in October.
-I want to be healthy so I can be mobile and have a good quality of life to share with my loved ones.


My Program:
I started the clean eating diet, and I love it!! I feel so much better eating more smaller meals than I do eating three large meals, as well as cutting out the refined sugar, and all the other fillter junk in food. Natual or whole food to me tastes so much better. I also started the C25K program.



Personal Information:
I grew up in Otis KS, then moved to Manhattan and went to college at KSU. I experienced a rough patch in my life, moved in with my parents for a few months, then moved to wichita, and met my wonderful husband. We bought a house in a nice neighborhood, I got a good job at a great company, and we have a goofy rottie mix named Jake.


Other Information:
My husband and I are wanting to try to have a baby, and I know I have fertility issues. Lucky, with the aid of sparkpeople, I will be able to restore my health and fertility to where I can have a baby. This has really given me motivation to want to lose this weight and become healthy.
