The site is so much more! Need a healthy dinner idea spark has it! Need a change to your workout routine spark has got that too! Need tips on staying motivated covered! Need support Spark has the best support system, all you have to do is ask!

Join some teams, make a spark page, join some challenges!

I have been here a little over 3 months and am happy to say I am a SPARK Addict and I don't want the cure! I have no doubt that I will meet the goals I have set for myself!

I have been a member here off and on for a few years, and now have the time and determination to finally stick with the program.

Utilize all the wonderful things here on SP. The food and exercise tracker are key. Join a group, and post, post, post to the message boards. Other members here have great advice if you have any questions.
