Wearin black to mourn my fat!

I'm Crystal. A married 28 year old stay at home mother. I'm currently living Sicily for about another year and half. Who knows where we'll end up next. Hubby is in the US NAVY. I've been on the other side of the scale since I was 21 after I had my daughter. My goal now is to lose about 80 pounds in a year and go from there. I've been on the other side of the scale since I was 21 after I had my daughter. My goal now is to lose about 80 pounds in a year and go from there. My main goal is to start a healthy lifestyle and continue it for the rest of my life. How I got this heavy? I don't know. No self control and I had given up way to easy each time. The real first time I had lost some weight was before I got pregnant with my son and I was on a roll. Well he was born and I never gained that momento back.I am now and have been for about 3 weeks now but found this website and I joined up. Give me some extra zing. :) I can do this and I WILL do this. (I'll get more than a face shot later. New computer, hardly any pictures.) So while living in Sicily, since I have about a year and a half (a bit less) to go, I need to grab and take advantage of the fresh, non chemically altered foods. Lack of fast foods in reach. And so on. FAT BUILDERS if you get what I'm saying? Haha. Don't get me wrong this country has so much wonderful food, that I won't forget to take advantage of, but those will become treats as I intend to fully stick to my plan of a lifestyle change. We don't really eat out much here anyhow but we were not eating healthy in the least bit. So anyway, I hope to meet great people with the same struggles and get through them together.

My Goals:
ULTIMATE MOST IMPORTANT GOAL IS TO TRY TO STAY AS POSITIVE AS IT TAKES.

My first goal is to be 140lb by my 30th birthday.

My main goal 160 by April 2013.

To be under 200 by my 29th birthday (September)Even if it's only 199, I'll be more than ecstatic. 123 days to lose 36 more pounds? I hope so!

Mini goals- completely quit smoking, completely quit caffiene, bring back the social butterfly I once was, get over a few minor personal (very awkward) fears.

My Program:
Staying within my calorie ranges. I exercising 5-6 times per week. Strength training is a must every other day. So I try to balance it to be on the days I am not cardio-ing. I have ordered the zumba system as it is amazingly fun. Pretty much completely old fashioned. Old fashioned seems to be the winner in all the weightloss journey attempts I have made.I've been sticking to it. :)

I'm from everywhere lol

I grew up in a suburb of Philadelphia named Lansdale. I left home after graduating. I met my amazing husband in Florida, he happens to be in the Navy, so we move. I was in Cali and now Sicily.

Thanks for the comment on my blog and the friend add. I agree I think I like the thought of saying hello to the sexy lady. I am looking forward to say good bye to the fat person though. Well if you like we can do this together. It actually seems like we have about the same goals for weight loss. So lets say good bye fat girl and hello Sexy lady.. :)
