Looking to loose around 100lbs. Started eating a vegetarian diet a couple years ago, but desperately need to learn portion control and self control. I've led a very sedentary lifestyle for the past ten years and I know It's going to take some time and hard work but I'm determined to be more active and healthy.

My Goals:
1. To Be Healthy. 2. To Feel Comfortable in a Bathing Suit. 3. Take Lots of Pictures. 4. Run a 5k. 5. Take My Neices to a Water Park. 6. Take My Dogs Hiking Regularly. 7. Go Back to School. 8. Get a Better Job. 9. Gradually Make the Transition From Vegetarian to Vegan.
My Program:
1. Drink at Least 8 cups of Water Per Day. 2. Exercise Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays for at Least 30 Minutes Per Day. 3. Try to Eat Mainly Fresh Fruits and Veggies and Mostly Unprocessed Foods. 4. Limit Myself to Two Hours of Computer/TV Per Day (combined, not each). 5. Contact One Friend or Family Member Every Day.
