Burning the fat!
I can't end up like the rest of my family!!! My parents are both overweight and have always struggled with their weight. Now my brother is fat and I am in the best shape out of all of us! That's not saying too much right now. I have a daughter that I need to be around for. She's my inspiration.

My Goals:
To kick my fat's A$$!!! I can't stand carrying around the extra 10-20 pounds anymore. I would like to look good in just shorts this summer and every summer thereafter! I'm 40 this year and it's about time I take this whole healthy lifestyle thing seriously.
Updated Goal:
To help my mom obtain her goal too. We are going to do it!
Upadated Goal again:
I lost most of the weight and now am working on strength and toning to get a killer body! I can't believe what I achieved and it's only getting better.
My Program:
Started running on the treadmill 1/29/07... I started at two miles and now I am up to 7.5 in 60 minutes as of 4/15! Doing some weights on the off days. Trying to watch what I eat.
Update:
I started a program from www.iwantsixpackabs.com. This is incredible! Arnel is a genious!!! I'm on week 5 of the Fight Club workout. WOW does it hurt but man does it work.
Update: It's 4/1/08 and I completed the fight club workouts and started them again a couple weeks back. They are some amazing workouts that really show results!
Personal Information:
I live in Plano, TX and I have a beautiful wife (who doesn't need to exercise at all!!!) and a great seven-year-old little girl. Life is good except for the extra weight I am carrying around!
Other Information:
I love riding motorcycles, hanging out with my family, playing guitar.
