To see who I am, you must see past what you see.

From a worthless grain of sand, a beautiful pearl is fashioned; but to find it, you have to look beyond what you see and look inside the shell. My Goals:
Tomorrow is a new day, so whether or not I've had a "bad day" or a "bad week" doesn't matter, I'm not going to beat myself over the head with it. But if today I say, "Darn, I blew my diet...oh well, there's always tomorrow..." Then go on a full force binge because I made one mistake, that is "unforgivable". So, I blew it, don't make matters worse and add fuel to the fire. I will Dust myself off and move on RIGHT from HERE! This moment on...

My Program:
I can't "Afford" to diet. I can't afford the fresh fruits and veggies and "Weight Watchers" treats. But, that doesn't mean I can't watch my portion sizes, eat snacks that are better for me, drink the water I should, and cut back where I can and stay with in my calorie goals. That doesn't mean that I walk a bit more and sit a bit less.
