My Goals:
To get healthier, lose weight so that I'm around for a long, long, time. Family photograph!!
My Program:
I try to stick to good carbs and low fat. Exercise is my downfall.
Personal Information:
I am an RN from IL. Married for 23 years with 2 teens. Weight has always been an issue for me. My health has been great up till last year when I developed a problem with my eye. This has definitely been motivation, but the scale hasn't moved :( !
Other Information:
My original goals, etc. went up to cyber heaven?!?!? But I'm gonna try again....
