I am a Christian mom to 3 beautiful children. I started gaining weight after the birth of my middle child and now I am looking to lose it!
I always start big and then fizzle out. I'm here to meet people going through what I am so that we can encourage one another and win this battle...wait, this war...because everyone should be happy with who they are.

My Goals:
I would like to lose 75 pounds by the end of summer 2009 ! Then from there I will set a new goal.
I also want to make a lifestyle change to where eating healthy and exercise is a way of life.
My Program:
I stopped drinking soda last September.
Personal Information:
I am married to my best friend Aaron and I have 3 wonderful children! I am blessed to be able to stay at home with theml!
Other Information:
I love to read but it seems like I never have time! I love to sew, go geocaching, hiking, camping, anything we can do together as a family is great.
