Healthy Lifestyle Wanted

I am in my late 50's. I lost to my goal weight with Spark People and kept the weight off for several years. When I lost my job, my self esteen suffered and I started to regain the weight. Now I have 17 pounds to lose again. I am ready, williing and able to get back to my healthy habits and my healthy weight.

On your Start page, click on "Status and Friend Feed" in "Step 3" (the teal color) and then "change" your status and it gives you a box like you get in teams when you post on the team wall! It's great, isn't it?
