My Goals:
To lose unwanted pounds and eat healthy meals. Exercise to become fit. Once I have reached my weight loss goal I want to maintain that loss.

My Program:
I am using diet and exercise to shed my extra pounds. Right now I am part of a "Biggest Loser" contest at work. The chance to win some $money$ has been a good incentive for me. I won the "Biggest Loser" contest in December!!

Personal Information:
I work in education, have four children, two still in college, am married, and live in Minnesota.

Other Information:
I love Broadway musicals, belong to a knitting club, belong to and golf in a ladies golf league, I am a horse and dog lover, enjoy going to concerts, like to watch reality TV shows and enjoy country music.

Hey, thanks for dropping by my page! To be honest, I haven't been on SparkPeople a whole lot recently. The awards are coming from my fitbit, which I have linked to SparkPeople... apparently it's registering as fitness minutes! I AM using MyFitnessPal daily, tracking food, and am working towards being able to run my first 5K next fall... we're signed up for one called Color Me Rad in Indianapolis. I'm pretty excited, and I have registered around 11 lbs lost so far... hoping to keep it up! My goal is a pound a week until my birthday in July... and then setting a new goal to focus on after that. Also, I graduate from grad school in May... FINALLY. Then I can focus more fully on my fitness goals. :)
