You can lose those 30 pounds!! Honestly, with all the resources of this site, and the great people ready to support you, emoticon

You don't have to do a whole lot all at once.... start small, and then build up as you feel ready.

You're already off to a good start - you've designed your page, and joined some teams.

I'd suggest that now you commit to at least 15 minutes of exercise a day.... no matter what is is - walking, using a DVD, or you can use the free videos on this site - the important thing is to get moving, and stick to it.

Then be sure to track your food and exercise every day. These are probably the most important things you can do to get moving toward your goal.

Posting on the message boards of your teams is another way to meet people and make friends.

WELCOME! Nice to have you with us! I love my Sparkworld, and so will you!

Here are tips I put together to share with each new Sparkperson I meet. I hope it will be a help to you as you achieve to reach your goals!

The site can be overwhelming, take your time. Learn one topic at a time, when you get comfortable with it, move on to another area of the site. Soon you will be using all the tools SP has to offer, and loving it!

Use your Spark Points (click on view SparkPoints) as a map to the site. It is a good way to learn your way around and you can earn points to send yourself or others Sparkgoodies.

Go back to your Start Page if you get lost, you can get almost anywhere from there.

Be sure to use the nutrition tracker. You can ensure you are getting the proper nutrients as well as tracking your caloric intake and this is so important to any weight loss journey.

Never "diet" again! Keep focusing on living a healthier lifestyle!

Read the book, THE SPARK for guidance, motivation and inspiration!

Log on everyday to stay focused!

NEVER QUIT!! NEVER GIVE UP!
THINK POSITIVE! If you have a bad day, let it go.
Wake up to a new day, fresh start!

SP is a great site with lots of tips and tools to help you reach your goals. Members are supportive and helpful. A good way to stay motivated is to be active on your Spark Teams and it's a also a great way to make new friends and be accountable.
