It seems that the longer I am on this journey, the less it becomes about losing weight and the more it becomes about finding myself and my strength.
I am learning that taking care of myself first is a huge priority and I need to be happy in order to be successful. With, or without, the support of my husband, I will find my happiness and I will become a healthier person because of it.

This is my time now and no one is going to stand in my way. Saboteurs beware; I am strong enough to overcome your temptations! Why you ask? The answer is simple: Because I deserve it! When I want to give up, I remind myself of that fact. My life has been centered around taking care of everyone else and their needs. The time has come to re-discover myself and find that healthy, happy woman that I know exists beneath the surface. No more excuses! A little less talk and a lot more action!

My Goals:
Long-term Goal: 155 pounds by Summer 2013

Mid-term Goal: 199 by January 2013

Short-term Goal: Lose 10 pounds per month

My Program:
~Get up and exercise before work (at least 5x per week)
~Strength Training before bed (3-5 days per week)
~Eat at least 2 fruits & 3 veggies each day.
~Drink at least 10 glasses of water daily.
~Do 2 minutes of Cardio and 25 reps of ST 5x per day.
~Take walk with family after dinner (weather permitting).
