Ready for Health

I want to establish healthy habits that work within my physical limits. Since starting last summer I have lost a total of 30% of my beginning weight, reduced my cholesterol, lowered my blood pressure and returned my blood sugar to normal levels.

My Goals:
My overall goal is to successfully meet my daily goals. It is more rewarding to me to celebrate building healthy habits than to focus entirely on what the scale says. Over time, my weight will normalize.

I plan to set my weight loss goals at 10% at a time. I am now working on the THIRD 10% goal. WooHoo!

My Program:
I am tracking my nutrition, exercise, sleep, water intake, and meditation time.

I thought I was losing weight,
but it turned up that my sweatpants were untied.
(Can I always wear them untied??) emoticon

Today's diet tip
Use super glue as lip gloss.
(Can I use clear or colored lip gloss??) emoticon

With my new diet.....I'm looking to reach
my original weight of 6 lbs. 7 oz.

The second day of a diet
is always easier than the first..

emoticon I think this is a great quote to help us start 2015 on a positive note. We all need to remember it when we are making excuses not to exercise. (I need to print it out in a large font and post it all over my apartment!)
