To be or not to be!

I am trying to lose weight (again!) to feel better and make it easier to be more active. I enjoy camping, hiking, kayaking, walking and now running for activities. I also enjoy reading and movies. I live in the New England area and I am an avid Boston Red Sox fan. I travel occasionally and also enjoy going to other team baseball games.

My goal for 2012 is to run a 5k each month. I am also planning on a Triathlon this summer (oh, it will count in place of a 5k for the month!).
