Hey thanks - it's been a long journey! But I have learned a lot.
It really depends on what kind of yoga you do - plain old hatha or stretching or restorative yoga isn't really going to do it. Power vinyasa, Bikram and some of the more intense versions of ashtanga yoga will kick your butt and then some. You just gave me a great idea for a blog - so stay tuned and I will hopefully have a more in depth answer for you!

I too have attempted to research excess skin and weight loss. I've gotten mixed reviews from all different sources. Some say with time it will shrink on it's own (with a healthy diet and exercise) and some say you're just stuck with it. I know that's not a ton of help but the most important thing to remember is... it's losing the weight that is important, worry about the skin later.
