At it again.
Just finished NURSING SCHOOL!!!! I have lost 40 pounds since last April and looking forward to getting the last 40 pounds off. After I recover from gall bladder surgery looking forward to the BowFlex, swimming/elliptical at the gym, and the Wii with my daughter.

My Goals:
I want to get my BMI into the normal range. I just want to be healthy to help prevent diabetes, heart disease, etc...I want to be a good role model for my daughter.
My Program:
I am using weight watchers. I am cutting down on caffeine. (my poor family) I want to eat better...more whole grains, veggies, less meat, less processed foods, less sugar.
Personal Information:
I am 41 and have two children. A son (Nov 1990) and a daughter (Oct 2000) They are the light of my life.
I am married to and hopelessly in love with the most wonderful man. He is kind, thoughtful, loving, intelligent, sexy...everything I want/need in a man. He has two amazing sons (July 1992 and Oct 1995)
We are very much in love and looking forward to our life together. He makes me feel so beautiful and loved.
Other Information:
I enjoy reading and cooking. We are looking forward to making our new home "ours" this summer. Gardening and canning a lot of our produce is something we have done the last 2 years. I recently graduated from nursing school and look forward to more family time.
