The nutrition tracker is a wonderful tool and has helped make me aware of everything that goes in my mouth and is so easy and convenient to use. I would never have been disciplined enough to write everything down that I ate and then look up the calories or any other nutritional information for that matter. I love that it tells you the calorie range that you need to stay within in order to achieve your goals. Utilizing the fitness tracker in addition to this is the ultimate!!! It will adjust your calorie range based on the amount of exercise that you plan on doing. I would never have been able to figure all of this out on my own!!! Or taken the time to do it. What a lifesaver!! There are even demonstration videos for the exercises to help if you don't already know how to do it or want to try something new. There is also a world of helpful information/knowledge in the articles and blogs.

I have always exercised, but seemed to just be able to maintain my weight with no weight loss until I tried some of the SP suggestions and then the weight finally started coming off slowly. I definitely have the Spark and would love to share it with others!!!
