I am 33 years old, divorced with no children. I have a few goals I need to accomplish. I am at a cross road of life. My weight has limited some of my options and I am done using it for an excuse.

I am very athletic former gymnast and cheerleader. I started to put on a little weight right out of high school with the decrease of activity. I started to get heavy after a serious accident messed up my back.

I am ready to take control of my life . . . this begins with ...

I need to get back to my former athletic body. I have never been skinny but an strong, heathy athlete's body.


My Program:
I am using a combination of the Biggest Loser, 24 hour gym membership, and P90X.
Will also use couch to 5k to build up to being a runner.

Hey Lady! I hope everything is going well your way! I hope you behaved this weekend too! I see what you mean about the P90X, I was suppose to start week 3 of classic today but Im bored. I got the Insanity now Im going to try it, the fit test kicked my butt! Its a lot of cardio. Whats on your agenda for the week? ttyl

When I went back in August all they told me was that I needed to loose weight and then come back. So I'm trying to get to 160. The max weight for me is 163.

You can totally do it. I lost 25 lbs in about 2 1/2 months my slowly jogging 3 miles a day 5 days a week

I checked a box and next thing I knew it went up!... I changed it manually to 1800-2000. I'm going to try and stay closer to the 1800. It would be impossible for me to go below 1400 hahaha
