A healthier life

In my early 50's and after years of going on and off diets I think I have found the ticket with Spark People's Tracking system. Even tho I have a goal weight in mind, my ultimate goal is to be kinder to my body by not over eating and eating better overall, being more proactive around regular exercise without having to join a fitness club, and drinking less alcohol.
