My Goals:
Learn to lap swim

Do my own workout & not be concerned with what others are doing & what I can't do(and comparing myself to them)

Not to take myself so seriously, learn to laugh at my mistakes

Be kind to myself

Lose 60-80 lbs.

Have enough confidence in myself to someday have my own motorcylce instead of riding on the back of my husband's.

My Program:
-Tracking calories & fitness minutes

-Eating smaller portions.

-Cardio 5x per week-20-40 minutes daily & strength training 2x per week.

-Water Fitness class Sat. morning


Personal Information:
My name is Caroline and I'm from CT.

Other Information:
I teach Sunday School to 3rd & 4th graders.

I'm a grandmother of 3 with a 4th on the way.

I work full time and commute in to the city so my days are long. I'm learning to finally organize my schedule so I can get more done.

Finally committed myself to doing the 5:30am workout. Guess what- I love it!

Thanks for my goodie and the well wishes on my race. We ran the course this weekend and well, we didn't do great, but it was ok, still got some training to do. Enjoy your week.
