Hit the ground doing 45mph...walked way from it, finished the mission, but knew something was wrong... toes were numb initially...spread up back of legs...once it reached the family jewels...I hit the panic button...lol... 2 serguries later... back to about 80% healed and left the service ...

My Goals:
To loose 40+ pounds and 10% BF this year. I had back surgery in April 05 and May of 07... put on weight while recovering.

My Program:
A mix of weight training and cardio...same day...Mon-Wed-Fri 30/30 weights/cardio w/5 minutes of intense abs after. Abs every day. Eating cleaner, lots of water all day (2 gallons ;-0)saying my prayers and taking my vitamins Hooah!

Personal Information:
Living in Cary, NC now. 10+ years US Army, tagged as a Disabled Veteran now (40%) due to parachute malfunction! in 1997... Hit the ground @45 mph! walked away from that... but back was never the same. Chiropractor and weighted traction helped alot...finally in 1999 the weighted traction (250 pounds pulling) popped several verts back into place. Decided to leave the service before they deployed me again. Everything happens for a reason!! I truly believe that now!! :-D God is Good...All the time!!

Hi! I just wanted to see how you're doing! I was just talking to my friend who was (is? was I think, I don't think he is anymore because he does computers now but what do I know about the military) in the 82nd airborne and he told me some stories and it was amazing! He's coming home from Iraq on Wednesday next week. Love my hero soldiers!

Hope you're feeling lots better and keeping yourself healthy.
