Health and happiness

As a former college athlete, making the transition to the "real world" was difficult. Working out and running became difficult and I was unmotivated to do so after years of being forced to exercise/run/etc. My appetite did not decrease however. I was used to burning countless calories per day and didn't have to monitor my nutrition that closely. Combined with the stress of work, moving, grad school, and being surrounded by poor food choices, the weight quickly piled on.

That all changes here. I don't want to get back to my former glory; just want to be healthy and make good choices for myself. Health and happiness!
